What will my journey be like?

Once you have successfully booked your ride, please be at the pick up point at least 10 minutes before the shuttle arrival time.

To access your Trip ticket, go to Menu > `Manage Rides` or simply open your notifications.

Click on the ‘Balloon’ on the map to see the street view of your pick up point.

You will be able to track the location of the shuttle 15 minutes prior to the scheduled pick up time on your ride ticket.

Once the shuttle has arrived, open your ride ticket and SWIPE across the bar when it is enabled (turns dark). 

Enjoy the shuttle ride, and a notification will be sent when you have reached your destination.
